I had an amazing experience at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful views and the serene environment. The rooms were clean and had a lovely balcony view, although a bit small. The dining options were fantastic, especially the unique fondue restaurant, but the service in other dining areas could use improvement. My stay at the Kulm Hotel Arosa was nothing short of spectacular! The views of the surrounding mountains are absolutely breathtaking, and the ambiance throughout the hotel really made it special. I had a fantastic two-night getaway at Arosa Kulm Hotel! The spa facilities were absolutely stunning, and the dining options were a delight, especially Muntanella with its focus on regional dishes. However, I noticed a dip in service warmth since the management change, which affected my breakfast experience a bit. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel with excellent amenities, though I hope they can restore some of the personal touch in service.
