I had an amazing experience at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful views and the serene environment. The rooms were clean and had a lovely balcony view, although a bit small. The dining options were fantastic, especially the unique fondue restaurant, but the service in other dining areas could use improvement. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with some room for enhancement in staff interaction and dining experience.

However, I noticed a dip in service warmth since the management change, which affected my breakfast experience a bit. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel with excellent amenities, though I hope they can restore some of the personal touch in service.
